听力原文： At the University of Kansas art museum, investigators tested the effects of different colored walls on two groups of visitors. For the first group the room was painted white; for the second, dark brown. The experiment showed that those who entered the dark brown room walked more quickly, and spent less time in the room than the people in the white room. Dark brown stimulated more activity, but the activity ended sooner. Not only the colors but also the room appearance influences those inside. Another experiment was carried out, in which three groups of subjects are used; each group was in a different kind of room. One group was in an "ugly" room that looked like a messy storeroom. The price system of the United States is a very complex network composed of the prices of all the products bought and sold in the economy as well as those of a myriad of services, including labor, professional, transportation, and public utility services. The price of any particular product or service is linked to a broad, complicated system of prices in which everything seems to depend more or less upon everything else.

The University of the Michigan School of Public Health has done a study that revealed some general rules for the public. It says that infants are the most cold-ridden group. Every human seems to feel thankfulness for their ancestors, and once a year, they celebrate their good harvest and health. The styles of these two holidays are a little different but the feelings and emotions are the same.
